What is the best serving thread for a crossbow string.I have a serving tool with the old glossy black(plastic looking thread) it is about 20yrs. old I don't think this would work.I am going to check with the local shop & see what they use.Is the thread the same for vertical bows? where is a good place to order thread? Thanks for the help!

any of those 3 vixenmaster mentioned will work well.
the real question is "serving diameter".
i found .030-.036 are nice and fat and seem to last longer than the smaller serving material.
