Excalibur cross-stix

Post by bobcattrapper » Wed Apr 19, 2017 6:12 pm

I see Excalibur has something new called the cross-stix. So anyone here see or use one yet?

$134.00 bucks? To expensive for this poor boy. I'm really leary about hauling around contraptions like these. To many things to go wrong. I guess it would have a place for target and 3d shoots or used in a blind.

Wyvern's has em for 89.99 I would most likely use it in my blind. Probably use it some with my rifles also.

Nothing against the Excal stix, but I LOVE my Primos triggersticks.

Quiet fingertip control on moving it up and down.

Like it so much I have both single leg and double leg models.

No matter what you choose, using sticks of some sort really help.

Rich, I couldn't agree more. I've got the bipod and tripod models. My bipod gets the most use from a blind. I believe our friend Normous was also impressed with the bipod model while on our boar hunt. You sir, obviously have great taste in hunting accessories!

Yup, use the triggersticks for both my crossbows and SML/ML guns.

Never tried the tripod model though.

Really like the monopod in a treestand, I added the Primos treestand base to it and it works great.

You know Paul, I have bought so much stuff through the years that DOESN'T work well, when I find something that does, I stick with them.

Excalibur needs to come out with a type of steady eddy that ten point has.

My friend modified a steady eddie from his ten point to fit his new micro. Says its the only thing he missed about his crappy ten point.
