Excalibur Service

On Friday morning while hunting. I noticed that one limb on my Matrix 355 was splintering.
When I got home, I took some pics and e-mailed them to Excalibur. In less than a half hour I had received an e-mail from Dawn stating that she would send new limbs right away. Less than an hour later I received an e-mail stating that new limbs had been shipped. I just received the new limbs tonight ( Sunday ) at 8 PM.
WOW,WOW,WOW, Excalibur service is outstanding. Thank you very much, I can't explain how impressed I am. Excalibur service, is second to none.
Again I would like to say thank you.

Great service , what really impressed me is that you received a delivery on a Sunday night at 8 pm things sure aren’t like that here , if you don’t have it by 4 pm Friday nothing until Monday am
