Stabilizers for crossbows

Just wondering if anyone has used stabilizers on their crossbows? I just mounted a "ShockBlocker 500" for testing, and so far so good. The extra weight makes my Exocet now feel like my paradox, but their is no recoil.

I'm not saying it is, or it isn't false advertising. But would like to see the bolt that can travel 400fps without any problems with flight. Velocity is only good, when it can be controlled and directed.

It can happen so easily, to ANYONE. The trick I find is it stick to your loading/firing procedure, to the "T". Once you have started the process, let nothing disturb or distract you until you have finish.

So the bow is locked onto the rail....umm

Maybe try this, insert the main bolts but leave a small gap between the bolt face and the rail aluminum. Keeping the bow on it's back side tap the bolts with a plastic hammer. Hopefully his will brake the bond thats causing all the problems.

Just made a trip london ON yesterday and picked up a dozen GT L2's, I was a bite upset when I learned that they didn't have the brass weighting system for them. I spent the night fletching and epoxying the inserts, so after the bolts age for a day I'll take them to the range for some feild testing. ...

Looks Good! Wasn't meant for the nightvision crap, but for the work some guy did using glow in the dark paints for low light conditions. I'm not for hunting in dark hours, I have very high ethics for hunting. Plus I don't hunt much at all, I just love to shot! Sorry for any false feelings!

Do you assemble them yourself, GaryL? This problem just blows me away, This shouldn't happen. I use Lepage 24 hr Regualr Epoxy for all my shaft components, and it works AMAZING. No Failures Yet! Being a very active member at an archery club, it bothers me knowing that people could or have lost point...
