This will be my first year to bowhunt - my second year of hunting.
I bought the Phoenix - My practice sessions since I bought it in June have been very rewarding - 2-3" hits on the target just about every shot.

Shoulder Pain

It's a good idea to get it checked out asap. Many times treatment from a physiotherapist can get you back in good working order.
My wife is a physio - sees many different types of conditions like you're describing.

Proud Owner - New Phoenix

I've only been a read of this forum. But now that I have a new bow, :D you might hear from me - mainly in the question mode tho'.

Accuracy right off the bat was amazing - I think this is going to be fun

My son also bought one - We should make quite a pair in the bush this fall.

The verdict is in.

Thanks for your comments.
You have all presented some very convincing points.

The last thing I want to happen in the woods is equipment failure, or an inacurrate shot.

Ok - I guess I know my next step.
thanks again.

Value for Your Money

This summer I will be purchasing my first crossbow. I have heard that the EXcalibur bows are the best. And no doubt, everyone who owns one loves it. But there are other manufacturers too. It seems that I could get myself fully equipped for 2-300 $ less if I go with another brand. So..... what do you...
