I know what the dissipator Bars are but what is the recoil suppression system on the Exomax ? Is this the rubber pads under the bars ???

Anyone have a horton scope on thier excalibur croosbow ?

Just ordered the Exomax crossbow, can't wait to shoot this thing. I will be new to crossbow hunting this year so please help me out here. Any pointers ? What bolts shoot the best out of this thing ? Do I need flat nocks or half moon ?
