The nine point came running over a small hill to my right I was 25 ft up in a maple. I blaaa as loud as...

I had one on my Mathews bow for about five years, loved it (Movable sight). Tryed it on my new Phoenix, and did't like it as much. I would be OK if you just wanted to sign it in for 20 or 25 yards, but I like to shoot 3-Ds, so I went with the Vari-Zone scope. Now that's what I'm talking about, for 1...

New Tru-Glo 3-Dot Sight
Just mounted to my new Phoenix, sighted top dot in at 20yds, went back to 30, and shot middle dot, and was 8'' high. Went back and sighted top dot in for 25yds, and then shot middle dot at 35 yds was 5 " low. Put in back in the box
and ordered a Vari-Zone
. O Well

"Oops" Dryfired my new Phoenix
Don't ask me how I did such a stupid thing, I just did it.
The limbs held together, just the string came off, restrung bow and it shot fine. Lucky me and thanks to Excalibur for building one tough bow.
