Hey bird - The English language is a funny thing! When I hear dri-stalk I think of a dried corn stalks, which are anything but quiet. I guess it’s the old “you say tomaeto, I say tomoto” thing. I have to agree with you, however, that the ad from Archery Outpost is rather misleading, as that item of...

The purpose of the summit was to share information and develop strategies to resolve issues of greatest concern and to establish a permanent communications network of bowhunting organizations that will work together on behalf of bowhunting. A major issue addressed by the summit attendees was the us...

There was a guy selling home-made snow camo coveralls on eBay last fall. He just took the disposible white chemical coveralls and drew some black branches on with a black perminant ink marker. Lots of guys who bought them were pretty upset once they were delivered not realizing they were homemade. ...

The four in one jacket is noisey in the cold, but I never wear that unit when boe hunting. It doesn't matter how good you make, some folks won't like it, but it's kind of hard to say that this pattern doesn't work in the bush, becuase it doe. The pattern was not the issue - noise was. I think an it...

I bought some off of Fleabay. It wasn't real quiet material. The lining made a crackle noise on every movement. I don't see what I got as useable for archery. I now use it to ride on the ATV and scouting and such. Check it out before you buy it. That's where I saw it, on eBay brand new stuff and th...

Why big-bird? The smaller the diameter the deeper the penetration. If you hit them in the sweet spot it does NOT matter. The Sonics are awesome! Quicker kill, more of a blood trail. And if you for whatever reason get a less than perfect hit it gives you a little more chance of a kill. I've always u...
