I got my replacement scope back and sighted in. Even better than before. The defective one must have been really loose inside. Tried the Sonic 100gr broadheads. New scope broke
Sighted it in and I noticed that the cross hairs were rotating off axis. They didn't line up with the top and side adjustment. Tapped lightly on the scope and sure enough they moved. Hope the shop has another one.

Yep. Still a 40 yard weapon or so. To me it's easier than a compound. A lot easier. But I've don't have to prove anything to anyone. I did all I ever wanted to do with a compound. I see it as an alternative and probably the next evolution of bow hunting. To compounds as they were to recurves. VA dum...

I got an xbow to see what the fuss was all about. A Barnett Rhino. Not too bad but after reading on here what you can get with one I got an Exomax. Don't even think about 20yds shots at the same spot. Well 30 either for that matter. I'm glueing some vanes back on right now. I know all of this is old...

BB, I am shocked! You bought an ExoMax??? What do you think? I have to find some bolts first. It appears everyone only has half moon nocks on the ones I could find. Not going to chance it. Plus I've been busy at work so maybe by the weekend I'll sight it in. Sure is a big difference from the Rhino....
