Going on 24 hours after registering waiting for admin approval. Does the admin ever check in there?

I got my replacement scope back and sighted in. Even better than before. The defective one must have been really loose inside. Tried the Sonic 100gr broadheads. Hit in the same hole as the field points at 20 yds. It was getting dark and I only shot once. But after the results once at 20 is enough. I...

Went back to the shop and got a new one. So back in business.
They sold out of......... Excaliburs but have the others. Hmmmm.....????
Have another shipment on order. Xbows are selling pretty good from what they say. At that show this past weekend the guy said he saw a ton go out the door.

The show was this past weekend. Didn't get a chance to go. VA rushed the xbow changes through this year and in the previous hunter safety classes xbows were not covered since they were basically illegal. Surprised the state doesn't offer a class with the numbers that will be using one.

I'm sure the shop will exchange it - it's what 2 days old? Not a scratch on it. It's a Vari-Zone. Haven't shot that much with it. 50 shots or so.
The good side is I'll have to look around and then hit Bass Pro while I'm over there.

Sighted it in and I noticed that the cross hairs were rotating off axis. They didn't line up with the top and side adjustment. Tapped lightly on the scope and sure enough they moved. Hope the shop has another one.

Yep. Still a 40 yard weapon or so. To me it's easier than a compound. A lot easier. But I've don't have to prove anything to anyone. I did all I ever wanted to do with a compound. I see it as an alternative and probably the next evolution of bow hunting. To compounds as they were to recurves. VA dum...

Both. Bought the Rhino first and then got the Exomax. Ready to put the Rhino on Ebay! LOL

I got an xbow to see what the fuss was all about. A Barnett Rhino. Not too bad but after reading on here what you can get with one I got an Exomax. Don't even think about 20yds shots at the same spot. Well 30 either for that matter. I'm glueing some vanes back on right now. I know all of this is old...

BB, I am shocked! You bought an ExoMax??? What do you think? I have to find some bolts first. It appears everyone only has half moon nocks on the ones I could find. Not going to chance it. Plus I've been busy at work so maybe by the weekend I'll sight it in. Sure is a big difference from the Rhino....
