Hi Johnjyb, Thanks for the info. I checked with authorities in NB where I will be living soon, and they told me I would be ok to control any bothersome critter on my own land...except moose and deer. I don't intend to shoot anything that doesnt bother me, and will be spending most of my time target ...

Thanks for the info and advice digger. I only intend to shoot on my own land for now, so would I be ok in baging a rabbit etc if the chance arose? How do I get the outdoor card if I want one...and can I just buy one like a fishing licence ( which I have)? Thanks for the welcome everyone...I need you...

Many thanks AW. I got the info from the government dept of public resources, and dept of government services in NB. It came right from the enforcement guys! The said " Any critters that bothered me, except deer and moose" So I can purchase a bow then? Where is the nearest dealer to me in G...
