I do believe in the Excal home page under the heading SUPPORT, then INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS, then USING THE STRINGING AID and UNSTRINGING BOW there are a few helpful tips I hope it wasn't an Exomax or Equinox as they can be Nasty at 225 lbs of draw.
