I just bought a Summit Cobra X4 Climber which is aluminum and I cannot believe how quiet it is compared to my Rivers Edge hanger (Steel). There is however a few hunderd dollars difference in price :)

I guess it's like everything, You get what you pay for!!

Common sense

I use mine for hunting and for trail riding. I get a ton of enjoyment out of it and so does my girlfriend. they are as safe as the user, Just like your excalibur!!!

I use them with my M/L and find they are the perfect medicine for accuracy in front of 100grs of Triple 7. I will be using them this year to hunt without a doubt. I am really impressed with these sabots!.
