Oh just to let you know, I live 40 minutes east of kingston so I am getting pretty much the same weather you are getting.

I know the first week was way too hot but this last week has started to get nice and miserable wich in my oppinion is great for deer hunting. The wind is blowing , it's getting cooler, other than the rain, I like the overcast and even a little drizzle. I find it gets the deer up moving. I just hope ...

Sling Studs for a Carved tip Vixen???
I am putting a set of sling studs on my Dads vixen, It is one of the last Carved tip models and the color is black and grey Camo. My question is, where does the front stud go? The stud hole is drilled for the back stud on the stock but not for the front, I looked a a new vixen and stud is in between...

The season is long! I would personally take my friend to the property where you saw all the deer, hunt it, and hopefully one or both of you will harvest a deer. Then the pressure is off, you can take your time, and hunt the parcel of land that you did not see much deer sign, get to know that propert...

What the Hell??? Muzzy's
Well I decided to try a fixed blade broadhead as I have been using Mechanicals with my Exomag. I bought some Muzzy 100gr I could not get any consistancy from these. I used a solid bench at 20 and 30 yards. My groups were between 5 and 8 inches. With the rocket Mechanicals and the cheap Eastman outfi...

I have the Y gun holders on my front rack and have no problem driving around with my Exomag with the quiver on. The Xbow should be sideways with the quiver sitting horizontally on the front part of the rack. your one limb should sit just under the left handlebar with plenty of clearance, and the oth...

thanks again Digger. I bought my Emag in 2001 and when I chrono'd it using Gold tip laser carbons and 100 gr field points, I was shooting @ 324-325 fps + or - .5 fps. I will have to measure my rail length but I'm sure it was the 185 lbs e-mag. hhmmmmmm Oh well just one more thing to add to my list o...
