I am from London. I was on the run from my ex. (See post: Story for Saxman - my ex had bad sex.) I needed the money. I was in that blind in cosmetics for hours.

Cross bow discharge in the city.

I know it will vary from city to city as far as bylaws but provincially (Ontario) can you shoot a crossbow legally outside a rural area? I spoke to one police and he thought no to crossbow but yes to a bow. He said the difference was the trigger mechanism. I'm in London.

Had the same problem only worse at Archer's Nook in London. So have others. Owner called me a liar in front of customers because my boots leaked first time out post rain. Went to Rocky head office no help. One pair of boots - 6 months + never resolved. Returned twice. Told me not to contact them aga...

Sax Story for Saxman - My ex had bad sax

My son, grade 7, has music with choice of instruments scheduled at school for the first time. He chose sax. Last week was his first recital. His mom and I were there to listen. I'd moved up against the wall closer to the front to get a picture. I'm standing against the wall waiting for my son to app...

T'was a Hunt Before Christmas - Picture

Twas a morning, the week before Christmas and all through the bush, Not a creature yet stirring, it was quite a rush, The crossbows were cocked with the utmost of care, In hopes that the white tail by daylight would be there, There were turkeys all nestled in the tree up above, But it was for the wh...

B******Y

My wife and I are going to decorate our giant cactus that we've had for over twenty five years. It stands in the corner of our living room and is about 5 feet tall. It will do the job. I'll bet that will keep the cat out of the Christmas cactus this year. Leave a warning note for Santa on the chimn...

OT Satire - Birthday Ban Petition

Dear Friend, As with many others I have reached an age where I am no longer celebrating birthdays and so I now find the term offensive and the celebration by others to be extremely offensive. I am sure you will agree that those that insist on openly celebrate this archaic ceremony are demonstrating ...

Follow up question

Thanks, I'm glad you can help. I see the archery season section pg 65 of the guide where it lays out the archery only season and understand that it is a no-archery week right now in 92C. However does that by default mean shotgun and muzzleloader are okay for those with a controlled hunt tag? Page 64...

MNR Regulations - Crossbow during gun hunt?

I keep getting varying answers to the following and while I can't get my hands on it right now the guide seemed a tad amibugous. Here's my question:

During the gun hunt scheduled in a specific MWU (92C in this case) can one crossbow hunt as long as they are dressed in orange?

Cougar

Got out of my jeep at a property that I hunt ust before dawn. Lady across the road lets her 3 dogs out. All of which come whipping across the road barking and growling their fool heads off and trying to follow me into the field. She comes out and has no control over them what so ever and so they pre...

ExoMag Slight Mechanical Problem - Suggestions

After hunting today I removed the broadhead bolt and replaced it with target and shot at my target as I do after every hunt. This time I hit right and high of the bulls eye from about 20 yards. Tried again same thing but unlike the shot before I found my bolt wouldn't slip in under the metal clip th...
