Can I vote for myself? LOL

Since I had the pleasure of holding Peach's antlers I have to vote for him as it is a great field photo.

Everything came together yesterday afternoon when this 5 point gave me a 20 yard shot. He managed to go 50 yards from point of impact.



Got to love the power of these crossbows. The 100 grain 4 blade Muzzy broke his leg on the far side.

The story I heard and find credible is that it is the creation of a taxidermist. He did it just to see what he could come up with. No deception or misinformation intended. But as you know things can get a life of their own when only part of the story is told.

With the two deer I shot last week I just followed the extra blood trail left by the bolt passing through the deer to my bolt berried in the snow.

I do not hunt very often with my crossbow but was out last night and had a nice doe walk in to 23 yards. I tried to release the safety and it was very stiff.
