What is the best way to take out the flat nocks from Gold Tip carbon arrows?

I emailed Tracerarrow about this and awating a response about carbons.

Gary how easy is it to take out the old nocks or can you take them out of the gold tip laser2's that you get from the right stuff kit.

Archersflame only has V nocks, and tracerarrow does not have them for carbons.
