I notice when I shoot broadheads at 25-30 yds. that my nock ends are always leaning to the right an inch or so. ( approx. 3 o'clock) I am using a Morrell BH target with super carbon bolts with 3 Blade Wasp 125 SST Hammer, out of my Parker Terminator. I am shooting decent groups at 20 and 30 yds. sub...

I shot a nice big 8 pt. back a few years at 43 yds with my Hoyt...I felt good about the shot before hand and lunged him and he went 40 yds and dropped. Yardage is a very personal thing as we all have our own preferences, and confidence levels...you need to have strong faith in your shooting ability ...

A high shot in the shoulder is a bad hit...too much muscle and bone and no vitals...if you did not jump him bedded down with in 300 yds...he is not hit hard...

I know it hurts but go on and learn from your mistakes
