Congratulations! I was hoping to try my new Excal mag 340 but didn't close the deal. Our season ended yesterday. Good going :thumbup:

I bought a Micro Mag 340 last month as my first cross bow. After reading about some having issues with the 340, I ordered a spare set of limbs just in case. I've been shooting mine every chance I get and the spares are still in the box after well over 100 arrows.

I tried the shoot through mesh shot using my stick bows practicing for turkey season years back and didn't fair to well. It may have been using a much slower bow or just me. I'm curious to see what others experiences have been using faster crossbows.

Yep, you're a good feller! Thanks for the reminder. I also bowhunt in close quarters at times and always try to be sure of a safe shot but it's easy to get distracted.
