I went to take down my 400TD last night and the blue button won’t budge. I’ve squirted WD40 on it and it is frozen. Any ideas?

Thanks, about an hour after posting I got an email from UPS with tracking number for it. Still says received on warranty website, but I guess it’s on the way

Just wondering is the warranty dept in Michigan on vacation. The received my warrant product on the 15th still just says received. Was told it should be a 1-5 day turnaround. Thought maybe they are closed?
