I'm still wondering what the differences are between the Varizone and Deadzone besides physical dimensions. Is the Dead zone clearer? Is it better fit and finish? etc. Please give details. Would you pay shipping to exchange a VZ for a DZ?

Is the Dead Zone a noticeable improvement over the Vari Zone?

The aftermarket Quills have started to hit the shelves. I bought a 3 pack with Lumenoks. My local dealer also had a full box of standard Quills on hand.

I've also heard of people shooting 18'' bolts out of the Micro but I cant tell you how good the results were.

Is there a tutorial out there for assembling one's own custom bolts? What references did you use at first?

At the rate this is going, do you think the Micro will be Excalibur's all time best seller?

I just installed the Nikon using the Millett mediums, 14$ fits like a glove with very little clearance just how I like it!

Does the regular stringing aid work with the micro's short limbs?

How does the crossbones compare to the Nikon Bolt XR? I just got my XR and the image clarity is impressive for a scope of this type/price.
