I have been told that Ohio DNR officers do have xbow scales. I have no source for this, I think I read it on a forum.

Look on ebay, I found mine there. I usually just search for paradox, maxpoint, bear, and excalibur crossbow.

The more I shoot the maxpoint the more I like it.

I want one for my maxpoint, comfy does not make those. I love Lou's strings on my recurves, the servings are better than store bought.

Confederate I painted my deer hide brown vixen, do a search I had a couple of pics. It turned out nice, I was a little afraid to do it at first but another member helped me out with suggestions.

Search vixen camo paint and it should pop up.

That design looks like it may be susceptible to opening up early on a crossbow launch. The head jamming rearward when it hits the target is what opens it, so the xbow launching the bolt forward into the head could also open it. I guess we will have to wait and see if someone try's it on an excal. If...

Not sure on removing but when you repaint try the Krylon fusion for plastic camo paint. Mine is staying on great and I shoot it at 225# pull sometimes.

I have a maxpoint and they are nice xbows'. No complaints. I do wish excal would have stayed with one compound model like the paradox. By now they would have really been pushing the speed envelope with a compound. Although the mag and max are no slugs when it comes to speed. The extra width of my ma...

Not sure if your phoenix has a package or what, but I will give you 250 shipped for the xbow only. I am in Ohio. That is 20 bucks more than I paid for my used exomag with an accessory package. It must have the forward riser though. Save you the hassle of advertising. That is 250 US. I love guys who ...

I will get one on its way Sumner. Looking for a nice little box that is good and sturdy. Hey I am the same way, I figure if I am going to take the time to practice I want to be the best I can be. I think you will like the nitron. It looks small but it has a 1 1/8 or 1/16 cutting edge. The make a 125...

Wouldn't' be nice if you could just put up brackets in different trees and then have a nice light stand you could just carry with you to the tree, climb up click the seat in and you are done. You could have tree stands all over the place.

Is there a product like this?

Muzzy 4 blades 100 and 125 grain bolts fly great up to 300 fps, when you start shooting them 330-355 they start to lose some of the accuracy. The blades are just a little too long for some of the really high xbow speeds. I am not saying you can not use them at that speed but at 50 yds best groups I ...
