Excal Vari-zone loosing calibration

I set-up my phoenix this weekend as the nice weather will make outdoor shooting much more enjoyable. I dialed in the scope as directed. And it shot excellent spreads. After about 10 shots, the spreads started moving an inch to the right and up a half inch. :?: To eliminate the human accuracy variabl...

After talking to some former members, Im glad I decided to decline. It's not a club, it's an ad firm. Everything is about pushing products using high preasure. The nomination letter looked like it was written by a used car salesman  What a load! I do like the orange licence jacket though ...

Bought my excal phoenix on ebay. Arrived perfect, shoots great and quality was as expected.

I paid $350US for the bow and right stuff package minus the scope.

Caveat Emptor is common practice regardless of buying location. Ebay is cannot be beat when you know how to use it properly.

I as well am 6' plus. I purchased the Phoenix because of the "big performance from a small package" factor. Also 300fps is perfect for deer. The difference in cocking between the two models is marginal at the most. What you have is fine. Save your cash for something else. A scope ma...

I wash my stuff with unscented detergent as well. I also add some Scent-Away forest scent along with the detergent. Smells forest fresh!

No problems so far with material fading or damaging. Ive had deer within 25yards of my stand

Are they really needed? :?

Bought the Vari-Zone Scope Last night

Im shooting 360 grain bolts. Should I set the variable to 295fps???? Whats working for others with a similar set-u...

As expected, the scope made a huge difference. I’m now hitting 1in diameter targets 2 out of 3 times at 25 yards. When I miss it's only by a hair. Just like Wabi, I had a small rifle scope laying around. So I mounted it on the cantilever and 0'd it in. I'll never go back  I found the lowest ma...
