I've tried most of the Excal models and the pheonix IMHO is the best all-around bow the company has to offer.

The size, fps, draw weight and accuracy are bang on for Deer hunting.

My climber is 21lbs. I'll manage the weight and take her back to camp after every hunt.

I would suggest that nothing of value be left in the woods. Lock or no lock.

I open my own personal butcher shop in my garage. Heres how I see it: "No one takes care of you better than you". Although it takes me about 4 hours to finish the job, every cut of meat is perfect, I know it's my deer that Im eating, and the price is right. I've had many tell me how their ...

Nothing but bucks in our area this year. Very odd! Most of the hunt camps in the area report harvesting mostly bucks of all sizes but very few does. Grizzly-Papa Likewise in our area. I've shot two bucks this year and saw a third big lad on the last day of gun. As for doe's, I haven’t seen many and...

My brother-in-law has had a few go through the combine while doing corn. It's never a pretty site.

It sucks for the Deer, the combine, and the farmer.

You wouldnt think they would hold their position given the amount of noise those big suckers make when cutting.

Again, thanks for all the kind words. Last Sunday, I shot another 6pt buck with a shotgun. Although it was a great feeling, nothing beats taking a deer with archery. It's the close range that really gets the blood flowing. Happy hunting :D http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b15/lukebeaudry/IMG_200611...

Man, I wish I was one of you guys. My exocet and right stuff package cost me just over $900. I seem to have an incredible nack of making big purchases the year before a new model comes out that blows mine out of the water. It happened with the knight I bought last year. I hope it doesn't happen wit...

Steve B. To get in on a hunt you need to get a license which are usually sold out within a couple of hours of when they go on sale in july. The gator hunts are highly regulated. Your best bet is to look into hiring a guide to take you. What do we do with them? Eat the meat, tan their hides, and mou...
