what if you lift your left foot,go clockwise or counter clockwise, and draw a six or a nine? It dosn't work. Must have something to do with the right side of the brain I'm guessing. Man that's brainracking.

I make mine on the wood heater. Learned how from a friend. I put an average toast pan on top and lay the rack on top. that leaves about 1" air space between the meat and the bottom of the pan. looks just like your's when it's done. taste bud's beware. have to beat stepboy off it.
