Thanks Guys...I did a bit of looking around today and found some spitfire gobbler getters that looked nice.. but I re checked on those Turkey Tearror ones and they are on the Cabelas site for $29 for three so not so bad of a price and they are one MEAN looking broadhead......once again I ventured in...

Broadhead for Turkey

I'm sure I'll get as many different answers as there are broadheads but I'm looking for a few reccomendations... I was looking at the Guiilotine(sp) but it looked like it did alot of damage to the meat...that new Turkey tearror one looked realy nice but VERRRRy Pricey...any comments???

I have a Camillus Buckmaster knife that my girlfriend got me for xmas last year...used it for the first time lastnight and I was amazed at how nice the guthook worked...and its sooooo much lighter to carry than my old fixedblade buck knife...and I find the rubber handle on the new one is much easier...

My Dad is a life member..Mom bought it for him...they send you stuff to test every now and again and you get a magazine every month..they also give you discounts and deals through certain pro shops and outfitters...not a bad deal if you actually use it I guess..I think it was like $400 for the life ...

I hunt up near your area J and two of the guys in our group had one of those growl at them a couple years back when they were trying to get thier truck out of a bit of a hole....two seasoned hunters and they both said the sound of the thing made the hair stand up on the backs of thier necks..

I got her all leveled up tonight I used a combination of the two ideas used two levels and a plumb bob...if it aint straight now it never will be lol..now I just gotta get my butt out to the range and sight it in...I CANT WAIT!!...thanks again guys for your help/ideas

Thanks slink...what kind of adjustment as far as windage and elevation did you have to do after that?...was it pretty close?...When My dad got his the guy at the shop set it all up for him so basically all he had to do was shoot it..so this whole seting up thing is new for both of us..
