I have tested a Flytech compound http://i10.ebayimg.com/06/i/000/95/9e/eccf_1.JPG is really similar to an Horton but it costs 1/5( in my country) and quality is 1/3 less than the original, but I think enouth to hunt. I am really curious to try this fake of Excalibur and know the price.Consider also ...

Cool rings indeed but FWIW Harris bipod has sling swivel for connecting the sling to.
