sorry for bed pic quality, otherwise V bar is flexible and made of carbon, limbsaver has a bolt inside and you can also regular it of about 1/4''.

Be carefull car wax is a littel bit abrasive!!! I prefere to use excal wax on serving and a stick of Barnett wax on the rail and I clean arrows with a rag imbued of guns oil, but I do not think it can change speed. I do not know why Excal doesn't make a rail of teflon replaceable, for "preserve...
