I have to use one of these on a daily basis for my work. After trying a number of brands, out department contracted for the Garmin Etrex Summit model. It's small, battery power is pretty good, although, this was a problem with all the models we tried. Power was good for a day, maybe two before the b...

Dacron or Fast Flight...

I've noticed that Excalibur has a Dacron Flemish twist String available. Has anyone been using one of these? I like the idea of Dacron as I believe there's less chance of damaging the limbs, should one have the misfortune of dry-firing the bow. Would there be any advantage to using the Flemish strin...

I'll be curious to see how you like it, Wabi. I've been using one on my Phoenix this summer. I got one for about the same reasons. I've found I don't really use the dots that much, though it's nice to have them. Now, if I could just quit playing around with these different bolt set-ups and pick one!...

There's a new Gander Mountain openned up here last weekend, and I think they were selling the Remingtion package your interested in for...

Hey Chris Your crackshot is probably a 32 rimfire. Navy arms had some of these cartridges made up around the early 1990's but I'm not sure there still available, might check the auctions. It's possible it could be a 32 Long centerfire, but I doubt it. Some of these single shot rifles were set up to ...

"Is this what they were chambered for?" Don't know Chris, I'm not familiar with that model and my reference books are at work. If you can't find the answer by tommrrow, I'll look it up, and post the info.

OK, here's the skinny according to COW 9th Edition. 32 S&W-similar but not interchangeable with 32 Short Colt 32S&WLong=32Colt New Police=32-44Target. These are the same 32 H&R Magnum: the 32 S&W and 32 S&WLong can be fired in a Magnum revolver but not vice-versa. 32 short Colt-3...

I just remembered the 32 S&W long is indentical to the 32 Colt New Police, but is not the same, nor is it interchageable with, the 32 Long Colt.

Hope this helps.

Probably 32 S&W Long. A dandy little cartridge. I can't remember but long colt may also work. Some of the "32's" are interchangeable.

Very pretty. The only trees turning down here have been sycamores. It cooled off the last few days but all next week the highs are predicted to be around 80f. Indian summer. Haven't been up in the Smokies lately, but I'm sure the "colors" are further along. If you don't mind, where were th...
