Cuddeback, Bushnell, Moultrie camera test
I did a little test with my 3 game cameras (Cuddieback Capture, Bushnell TC and Moultrie 4 year old model). The cameras were stacked on top of each other and I ran my dogs through them for the day time test, unfortunately no deer visited my yard last night. I did post previous night time pics of the...

Re: range finder angle compensation
Gerald, If you plan to just use it for bow hunting then the answer is "NO". I have sat in my tree stand for hours entertaining myself with my Leupold RX II. I normally sit between 22-24 feet high and I will range distances with the angle compensating mode and regular line of sight and what...

Re: Moultrie camera ???
Well I got the camera to load up with my SD card. I let it set for 24 hours with the battery disconnect and put in a new formatted SD card and it works now. Not sure which one fixed it. Thanks Bob for the tip.

Re: Hunting Teams Question
Everyone seemed to lose interest in the deer contest last year, in fact I don't think the winning Team was ever announced (Team VA). Hopefully everyone will get the itch soon.

Re: Moultrie camera ???
Thanks Bob, I'll give that a try. I tried Moultrie again several times yesterday, I was customer 16 with an estimated 67 minute wait. I called back and started punching buttons until a human picked up, they sent me back to the same recording as before. Called back again and asked to speak to a super...

Mike,
From a 30 year Navy veteran no offense taken, in fact I agree with you. Unfortunately to many of our young men and women are paying the ulitmate sacrafice.

Re: Moultrie camera ???
I just called Moultrie for the 10th time with no response. I'm like you Hoss I am just ready to junk it. CF- The new Cuddeback and Bushnell cameras work great, thanks for your inputs on them. I figured since I was putting them out I could get a little more coverage, but it's not worth the hassle dea...

Moultrie camera ???
I have a Moultrie Camera (Model DGW-100), it is a couple years old but I've never used it because I can't get the SD Cards to load. I usually get any one of 3 different error codes. 1. Memory card full, 2. Card Locked or 3. The card will show I have room for 5 pictures. I've sent Moultrie an email w...

Re: Trailcam Pics
I live exactly 3.5 miles from the front gate of APH, Wes is probably 30-35 minutes away. And yes, it is a very nice place to hunt. They are making a few rule changes this year that will benefit the bowhunter.openheart4 wrote:how far are u from a.p.hill?

100-200 inch bucks
They had this topic going over on AT where they tried to picture a buck from 100-200" in sequential order, some very impressive deer. Enjoy. Original post: http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1224332 Pictures only in order 100-200: 100-130": http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthr...

Re: Trail Cam Advice Wanted
Couldn't decide, so I bought the Bushnell from Natchez and gonna use my $50 Bass Pro gift card from the Turkey Contest and buy a Cuddeback this weekend.

Re: Trail Cam Advice Wanted
Natchez has the Bushnell's on sale for $139.95. The camera is last years model but still NIB, makes the decision between a Cuddeback and Bushnell even harder. Just may end up with one of each.

Re: Trail Cam Advice Wanted
Thanks CF,
I am looking at both the Cuddeback and Bushnell and seeing the 2 cameras side by side the Cuddeback IMO has the better pics.
Thanks Rich
