Re: NAP 2 & 3 blade Bloodrunner Hybrid BH test

Sax,
Thanks for taking the time to share your results. I have heard some good things about the 3 Blade Bloodrunner from some vertical bow hunters. I thought about making a switch from my G5's, but wondered how they would do in a crossbow. Good luck and glad to hear your are doing well.

Re: Gun or Crossbow

I hunted with rifles and muzzleloader for 20 years before picking up a crossbow. I never took up archery with 3 daughters playing soccer in the early fall. As soon as the youngest went to college and stopped playing soccer, I bought an Excalibur. Now I use a rifle only when I take juveniles hunting,...

Re: Shed season began today.

Great idea. Now is the time. Before we know it, the snow and cold will be gone and the spring growth will make things much harder.

This deer had pink eyes and was completely white except for the antlers, which where normal. The brown tint on the forehead was dust from rubbing a tree. The deer was 20 ft below me when it walked by the base of the tree that I was in with my climbing stand.

8pt Albino Buck chases Doe under Tree Stand

I have no pictures to back up my story, but I will share my experience none the less. Last Saturday morning was one I will never forget. The rut is in high gear in Tennessee. I had three bucks come by my stand, an 8pt, 10pt and Albino 8pt. The Albino 8PT was following about 5 yards behind a doe. In ...

I have had problems with Rage. Some have great success with them. If they work properly, you can't beat them. I have decided to go back to fixed broadheads to keep things simple.

Mike, congrats on your Monster Buck. You clearly paint the best picture story of anyone on the forum. No need to apologize on your pictures. I would like to know your estimates on the B&C score and weight of that exceptional animal. I hunt in an area with very steep ridges and hollows. The solu...

Great Job RJ. It all came together and the pictures were perfect. That buck looks like it could pull the plow! You have every right to be proud of that trophy.
