-GOOD NEWS- The New Jersey Fish and Wildlife Council is proposing allowing crossbows during all archery seasons... A public meeting on 2009-0011 Game Codes Ammendents will be on April 21, 2009... If accepted the 2009 Hunting Season will be the first time crossbows will be allowed for all archers... ...

I'm in South Brunswick... Been shooting x-bows since 2000.... Have the permit for NJ... We're in the minority now, but every time I'm at the range. I always end up talking it up.... Lots of people are interested and if it happens next year, there will be a whole bunch of new people using x-bows....

FYI- Another new grassroots organization that can use some support (information, materials, leadership, etc.) from Excalibur in their effort to legalize crossbows in NJ....
