I simply wouldn't mind some more speed and I'd like to keep as much accuracy as possible at the same time. As far as the groundpounder mount, I really like the looks of them and it would beat carrying my arrows in the quiver by hand. Since I'm left-handed it always seems to me that where the quiver ...

I'm sorry to hear that. Honestly when I started reading this I never thought this was going to be the outcome. All I can say is "wow" and that I hope everything is ok.

String setup question? (ExoMax)

First off I just want to let everyone know that I'm not an "expert" to crossbows with this being my 3rd season hunting with my Exomax. I'm definitely satisfied with the performance of my Exomax but like everyone else, I want the best setup. What do you all recommend as far as the best stri...

Is there anyone here who uncocks their Excal's by hand? That's the way I have been doing from the looks of what everyone is doing I think I'm going to try uncocking mine with the rope cocker.

I don't have to buy one in my state being as I'm a member of a recognized Indian tribe. It's many many generations back but you just have to prove it's in your bloodline and all that good stuff. So I no longer have to buy anything as far as licenses for hunting or fishing in Virginia.

Best climbers???

Ok guys...I'll make this as short and sweet as I can! I'm thinking about getting me a climbing treestand but I was wanting some input as far as which you all recommend. I will be using the stand for crossbow hunting as well as firearms hunting so I would really like a shooting rail definitely....

Bolts...

While we're on the subject of bolts...what is the cheapest/best place to purchase FireBolts? I really like them and at times I think about changing the vane length but I'm not really sure about all that stuff just quite yet.

Experience...

I agree that you just don't get "comfortable and confident" as stated above with your crossbow until you get a few seasons under your belt. Personally, I've never had any dealing with a bow until I got my crossbow and I must say that I love it. However, I don't feel nearly as confident wit...
