We can hunt coyotes all year round and at night with lights here in Virginia except on Sundays. We can also hunt fox, bobcat, coon, etc.. at night when in season.

Nice setup.

Guys you are more then welcome to come over to http://vaturkey.com/phpBB2/index.php and talk about hunting. We are a good group and several of us use a Crossbow. There are some who don't care for crossbows but your posts won't be deleted or moved unless someone goes against the rules. Luckily this d...

After taking care to be as scent free as possible from human scent I use a cover scent that I have found to work great for me and my friends. It's called BTD Whitetail Cover Scent.... http://www.btdoutdoors.com/ Works very well and you don't go home smelling like animal pee

I played with the new Ten Point the day after I ordered my Excalibur. Loved the thumbhole stock. I love my Excalibur more though  Now to come up with the $$$ to buy one of those beautiful laminated thumbholes

Wonder how much weight it adds though?

Muzzy 100 grain 4-Blade. (not the Max-4 but the older style) They shoot great, some P.O.A. as my field points. Have not shot game with them on my crossbow but have used them on game with my compound. They performed excellent.

Shot Broadheads Today

Finally shot some broadheads on my Excalibur Phoenix today. Never broke the Wasp SST's out of the box. The Muzzy 4 blade (last year's style not the Max-4) shot excellent at 20 and 30 yards. Made the dumb mistake of shooting at the same spot twice and cut two fletchings off of a bolt at 30 yards. Sin...

I use Wildlife Research laundry detergent plus scent killer spray. I then top it off with BTD Cover Scent http://www.btdoutdoors.com . I'm a huge believer in the BTD Cover Scent after four years of using it.

Never used it. With the new law in Virginia I won't be able to. No supplement feed, minerals, salt or attractants can be placed from Sept 1st to Jan 7th.

Oh yeah. An unarmed Officer in court. That works really well. Just ask the people who were shot last year in GA  A Police Officer is armed when he is working and should be in court. It is part of his uniform. Where does it stop? No calling the Officer, Officer? No handcuffs allowed? No pepper ...

Like these guys have already said, The Right Stuff Package. I bought my package for $250 and am happy as can be. It took four shots to set my bow up  I'm still in shock. First shot was 2" high at 10 yards dead center. Moved her down an inch and there I was. The Package comes with six arr...

I have been using the T/C Shockwaves since they came out. I love them. Granted they are very tight to put in but produce excellent results for me. In my CVA Huntermag I'm shooting 85 grains of 777 FFG with a 300 grain Shockwave. I consisently put three shots into 3/4" at 100 yards with this set...

That was the only shot I took all year  Here is my favorite buck from Va's season last year that I have seen... (if the link works) http://buckshots.buzznet.c...
