Crankaroo?
I was struck by an SUV while crossing the street earlier this year. My left arm was almost ripped from my body. It looks like I will end up with a permanent disability that will prevent me from being able to cock a crossbow with both hands. Is the Crankeroo usable in the field?

Wow, the Vixen Deluxe is Back!
I am glad to see that the Vixen Deluxe has been reincarnated as the Vixen II. I always regretted selling my Vixen Deluxe. The Vixen is the Beeman R7 (a.k.a. Weihrauch HW30S) of the Excalibur line. It is a crossbow that one can shoot accurately for hours without fatigue.

I purchased a used 2001 Ford Escape three years ago after driving a Honda Accord as my primary vehicle for thirteen years. Man, compared to my Accord, this vehicle is a piece of crap. The bolts on the AC compressor sheared off. The master cylinder blew out. The lower control arms, tie-rods, and sway...

Here is what passes for news in the Baltimore Sun lately: http://www.baltimoresun.com/entertainment/custom/today/bal-to.deer01oct01,0,7886489.story What I find to be most amazing about the latest series of anti-hunting articles is that the Sun used to be the mainstay paper of a working class metropo...

EHD is a member of a family of diseases known as hemorrhagic diseases. They are called hemorrhagic diseases because they cause the organs in the body to hemorrhage (bleed). Some hemorrhagic diseases that attack humans, like Ebola and Marburg, tend to liquefy the organs. The hemorrhagic diseases that...

They only problem is the congestion and the massive competition for private land. There were 529.1 people per square mile in Maryland during the last census, and 7.6 million people in the D.C. Metro Area--many of whom see no problem with shelling out $2K+ per share for a lease! Additionally, while t...

Here's a monster non-typical that was taken south of Washington, D.C. during the firearms season last year. We do not get that many heavy-bodied deer, but large-rack deer do exist in the state. However, these deer are very difficult to harvest due to the amount of pressure that they experience. http...
