Re: OT / School me on Air Rifles
Thanks for all the replies & advice fellas! Appreciated! Have yet to make up my mind, but I am wondering about thoughts on the following one. Fixed barrel, nitro piston, under barrel lever, and 11 round magazine all seem appealing. As is the price. So... Thoughts? Umarex Synergis .22 900FPS https:/...

Re: OT / School me on Air Rifles
Either a Springer or a PCP. PCP I find are boring to shoot as they are deadly accurate. Better at long distance. Buy by the time you pay for gun and then a compressor will run another $700 - $1000 on top. You may end up close to $1500 to $2000. Springers are fun to me and depends on you. Do you want...

Re: Excalibur 2021
Lately I've seen an increase in the amount of posts on FB complaining of limb failures. It's got to the point where folks are advocating using arrows in excess of 500gr. to try to avert the failures. By doing so, the advertised speeds are not being achieved. Therefore before Excalibur loses market ...

Re: O/T good bye my friend
I know the feeling all to well. Put my beloved Bloodhound down last Friday. Everything I do around the house I miss him thinking he should be in my way ticking me off. 10 1/2 years old. Life span of a male bloodhound is 7 to 8 years old.

Re: Back into crossbows
I had an old wolverine a few years ago. I would talk to Excalibur about getting it checked out to be honest. Mine I was playing around with safety in a tree stand and the bow shot off. Excalibur wanted me to send them the bow and was told that they replaced parts that got worn in trigger from so man...

Upsetting Christmas Day
My Bloodhound took a turn for the worst on Christmas morning. Some better now but spitting up blood the past two weeks and going blind. Three and a half years over his life expectancy. What an 11 year ride with a crazy ass loyal dog. Would not even eat unless you gave the ok. Up, down, in, out, he a...

Re: 2020- So what did you buy?
Couple new pellet rifles, pellet pistols, scopes, bipods ect through the year and 10's of thousands of pellets. Six months of lockdown shooting 10 to 12 hours a day adds up. Go through allot of printer ink as well. Some people play video games, some of us do the real thing. :) CHEERS! Had a custome...
