I perfer to keep the crossbow uncluttered so I use a hip quiver.
The one I use is made of leather and mounts a "Kwikee Kwiver Co." quick release bracket with their 6 arrow quiver attached to it.

Anyone actually shot a broadhead through the shoot throughable window screens on one of these Ameristep ground blinds and hit their intented target? I could see a heavy turkey load from a shotgun blasting through ok and still have enough accuracy due to pellet spread to take a turkey. But a broadhea...

I use two cases: 1) Main storage and transportation - is with a double rife case. Flambeau model #6490SC. At Canadian tire product # 75-5669-2 $50. 2) Taking the bow into the field - I use the Excalibur Padded case #2300. I like the idea of folding it up and sitting on it. I blasted it with 3M Scotc...

From my experience in vertical bow shooting I would think an aluminum 2213 would be rather delicate and easily damaged while shooting it from a powerful crossbow. On the other hand I would think a 2219 shot from a crossbow would be quite durable. The thing that put me off the carbon shafts is you ha...

What was wrong with the Lumi-Zone scopes?
A couple of week ago I bought a new Lumi-Zone scope, now I read that there are/was problems with a recent batch.
Hopefully my new scope is an ok one, but I would like to know what to look out for.
What was the a common defect complaint, if there was a common problem?

Throw the WD-40 away! Use Eezox on all the rustable steel parts. This lube dries so it does'nt leave the parts oily to the touch. Here is the URL study and learn: http://www.warrencustomoutdoor.com/pl-eezox.html#eezox I use Eezox on all my firearms and everything else I don't want to rust. It is the...

What type and size of serving thread is on Excalibur #1989
I want to know what brand, type and diameter of serving thread is used on the Excalibur "Flemish Dyna Flight" string #1989. Looking at the Brownell Archery site I'm guessing that their Grey coloured "Crown Serving" material is the stuff being used. I don't know which diameter is ...
