Boiling and picking work best. I use my old pot and a propane turkey cooker. Cabela's has a kit that is well worth the $. You also use peroxide on it. I think the kit cost is $20.00.

In the thumb area of MI. there are a few co-ops that formed because everyone was shooting off the 1 1/2 year old bucks. Now in those areas of QDM cO-OP's one has 8000 acres of membership they are harvesting 31/2 year olds. This area has great potential if people would just make a management decision...

QDM Co-Op's--new level of deer Mgt.

Is there any one out there that has taken deer Mgt. to a new level by forming QDM CO-OP's.This allows a larger land mass of landowners to better manage the deer in this Co-Op.

Suggestion;use clear nail polish on the screws or what I used on all my screws and bolts was Loctite #271 red threadlocker.

The target called "The Black Hole" is what I use for broadheads;made by the same company as the 4x4 block but costs much less, about $40.00 if I remember correctly.
