Stocks

i was wondering if there is any chance that Excalibur will offer the Y25 wooden stock as item on it's own, so that anyone with an Exocet will be able to upgrade their bows.

Groundpounder, Almost impossible to get Laminate blanks here in Great Britain, so I laminated some thin plywood, to get the thickness I needed. When I am happy with the design I plan on importing a couple of coloured blanks from America, and doing a final version. Anything to do with stocks is very ...

My Custom Stock

Hi All, I have been working on my own custom stock for my Excalibur Exocet 200. It is a slightly target style in shape. I know it is no where near the level of Mark's stock (which are beautiful), but it should help me shoot better. Here is a pic, The shape is about right, but lots of work sanding an...

Hi,
I have to agree with Boo, I have switched to a 30 strand FF string, made a little over length so it has more lots of twists in it. Which should help cushion the shot. The bow is much quieter, and accuracy is great.

Ratherbefishin, I would, if possible get the package. It will get you up and shooting straight away. If you buy all the items individually you will end paying more anyway. I am sure one of the guys on here will point you in the right direction, for a good price. As for your comment about range findi...

Xbowking, I have been using ASB centre serving by Angel. With great success on both my target and Excalibur crossbows. Really stuff, slick stuff. Not cheap, but the extra life span of the serving does make it worth it. Also just trying Halo Centre serving, but still a new string so cannot comment of...

I have seen the pics on Matthias web site, I wondered what the price for the absorbers either with or without the bars. Looks like a good product to me.

Sounds interesting,
I guess it will be all unmarked distances?
I will check out the rules on the WCSA web site.
Roughly where in Sweden is the venue?
Any idea if there is plenty of local acconmendation? Price?
Sorry for all the questions,
Thanks ChappyBoss

Swede,
I might be interested, You said 3D targets, but what sort of distances and shot angles are we talking. How many targets per day etc.
A little more info might get me heading to Sweden later in the year.
