Head up on deer. most hunters do head up or down not knowing why. the reason for head up is to stop leaching of the tarsal glands into the meat.

Mnr Moose survey going on in our neck of the woods 21a i hope they see some good results. Because the hunters didnt this fall something is up with the herd. Way down the word is the tags are going down for this years hunt.
