Re: Matrix Impressions

Great looking xbows. :D :) Only trouble is my state has a 200 pound max draw weight. :( Sure would be nice if they could tame it down a touch. A smaller shorter xbow is the cats a$$. I'd love it, you guys are lucky if it is leagle in your neck of the woods

Re: Has any one tried this

I personly would not want oil on my serving. Deffinitly not where the claws contact the string. Sounds like an accident waiting to happen.jmo

Re: red dot- scope or sight??

Personally I prefer a scope with a cross hair. I don't need a lighted cross hair either. I found that I don't have any trouble turning them on. I just never can remember to turn them OFF!!!. No problem with the cross hair scope but a red dot is finished with a dead battery. Many people like ...

changing limbs

I would like to know if you can put vixen 11 limbs on the vortex to reduce the pull to 150 pounds. This would be great for target shooting with much less fatigue on my old muscles. I think it would be a pleasure to shoot. :) I love my vortex for hunting but not for target shooting. Really don't want...

Re: Excalibur on the way..

Here is a tip on how to check your string. Put a spot of black marker on each side of the string when it is uncocked, one on each side of the rail. When you cock the string you will know right away if it is even or not.hope this helps.

Re: Old eyes and cross hairs

Sorry to here that gundog. It depends weather you have wet or dry macular. Wet can be treated, dry can not. Dry takes a lot longer to cause eye loss than wet. My wife has wet in one eye and dry in the other. It isn't good either way.
