Food for thought. On a yearly average 100 Law Enfocement Oficers are killed in the line of duty in the United States. Between Federal Agents, Municipal Officers, Deputy Sheriffs, State Troopers and Conservation Ofiicers. More Conservation Officers are victims of assault and murder. The highest % of ...

Thats a tough one. I got lucky the IBO change will benefit me, I only own one bow it being an Exomax. The old 190lb. max. poundage rule prevented me from being able to shoot IBO. I can understand your frustation, after all a new bow is expensive.

Bait Pile just curious when does the current season normally open and close up there? Our bow season is typically Oct. 10 thru Jan. 31. The peak of our rut is normally the second or third week of Feb. During Oct. and Nov. we have times when you cant find a deer.

Thanks, Chris

Well it's official I can use my Exomax for IBO competition! According to the staffer I spoke with. The IBO has waived the 190lb max. poundage rule. Another great reason to get out and sling some arrows!!

IBO Rule Revision?

I was looking at the IBO website and clicked on the "news" tab. It seems like they have new rules regarding arrow speed/weight. Does not mention anything about maximum poundage though. Has anybody heard any news about this? I'd really enjoy breaking out the Exomax for a tournament.

Mike thats right. I've seen pictures of dead mountain lions on the interstates in south Alabama but that is the only one I've seen alive. We got a good look at it through my buddies scope. The tree it was up was a old dead snag. If I had to guess on a weight I'd say somewhere between 125lbs to 150lb...
