from the bcwf mailing list the ram was from a special season a permit
is auctioned off at the FNAWS convention another is raffeled to
resident hunters in B.C. the pic is the resident hunter

decoy users beware

there was a guy in alberta a couple weeks ago that was accidentally shot
while carring his decoy i don't have too many details I don't believe
his wounds were fatal .but be careful. on an unrelated topic I have a
pic of a big alberta whitetail if any one would care to post it as i don't
know how

I can give you a few pointers on what not to do there was a guy here in sept that borrowed a x-bow and tried to unload it witha bolt in it appearently his hand slipped the broadhead severed his big toe and was stopped by the steel shank of his boot. judging by the fact that the bolt didn't go right ...

dissipator bar adjustment

when i destrung my x-omag for the summer i removed the dissipator
bars does anyone know the proper adjustment (clearence) to
reinstall them thank you

I have a leica and my friend has a bushnell his bushnell will do every
thing that my leica will accuracy is very close to 800 yrds neither one
works that great in heavy snow or thick bush. the bushnell is smaller
and handier than the leica its just a matter of preference

I use the varizone scope you defiantly need a cocking aid I use
excailbur bolts (2219) these are heavier than most people use because
i use mine to hunt elk & moose. you can get accesory packages from
various places that include every thing you need including bolts &
broadheads

mostly grizzly just run the other way but not always. but if you surprise one or a sow has cubs you might have trouble but they are a lot like people no two will react the same,

I've charged 4 times by grizzly 99 times out of 100 the charge is a bluff and they veer off, but its hard to tell. they also stop and they rattle their jaws almost like a loud shiver that happened to me once when I was guiding a guy from california we were mule dear hunting and he only had a 25-06 a...
