Since I have been reading the forum I have totally enjoyed it. Some topics stray from hunting but I assumed that was ok and made a intresting thread. I have not seen anything offensive I must have missed something. My laptop crashed and I have been out of the loop for a week. Spitfire could you give...

Bio-diesel
I thought is best just to start a new thread. Mike P. asked if I use a centrifuge for separation of my bio-diesel. The answer is no I am on a tight budget I have a small 40 gal. appleseed processor and have had great success with really really bad oil. I use what is called a 80/20 method to separate...

CF, the golf cart is cool I had one for two years and had to pull it out of the ditch many many times. When the wife gives you the green light you have to go all the way odds are you will not get a second chance. http://i593.photobucket.com/albums/tt20/daforester/latesthouse021.jpg Diesel no fouled ...

VS country
I saw Kath hunting in Africa on VS this morning. Really cool stuff! I hope I can make it Africa on a hunt someday. It will be a good goal to reach when my kids are done with school. Meanwhile I will keep woodchuck hunting in my backyard. There is one woodchuck out back larger than my dog. I do not h...

Target
In search for a good target for my Equinox. I was able to get my 6mth pregnant wife to shoot my bow today after the first shot she wanted to shoot again and again. It was a great time. I had my one year old in a backpack built to carry kids on my back, the whole family was involved and having a good...

Wow Griz that rips my heart out. A very close friend of mine lost his 21 year old son (Cory) a year ago in a car wreck the day before he was leaving for basic training in the National Guard. I am very close to him and I do not know how he deals with it, he is a much stronger man than I. Now that I a...

I agree with you but read the equinox section in the catalog. It states it is easier to cock and steadier to hold. Simple physics tells me it should cock the same.

does not make sense
I do not understand why the Equinox would be easier to cock than the Exomax? They both have the same draw length and draw weight. The Exomax is a little longer so it only makes sense that the stock is shorter on the Equinox. How does a shorter stock aid in the cocking of the bow? Does not make sense...

Wow Griz that is great, count your blessings but keep in mind that can change in a matter of years. I live in the Kalamazoo area in Michigan and I grew op on a small 80 acre grape farm. We always had someplace to hunt if not at home we are close with a farmer with well over 2,000 acres we could hunt...
