Dissipator pads

Has anyone ever taken off the dissapator pads and reattached the limbs without the pads or bars on. is there any advantage of the pads and bars on or off? shoot two shots with the pads off and hardly noticed any difference

I also talked to the president and he seemed like a very nice man and was able to help me in any questions thta i had. although it amy be "profit driven" It is still nice to see something that looks amazing and is made in the USA for my part. will update later on how they perform.
