Dereck, for woods like maple, pine, and birch that are softer use a wood conditioner before you stain it, it will almost always take care of any spots or blotchy areas

unfortunately, no. there supposedly a patenet infringement on what New guy made and he stopped to avoid problems. it was a shame since they are so nicely machined and adjustableLakelover wrote:Is the NGSS still avalible?

Boo, that bag looks really neat, i might have to put on them on my list to buy, i currently have a old school backpack with the factory quiver screwed on the pack which works but dosent look the greatist

good idea, it would also slide easier but will probally dip in the line from the weight. you could put it on a dolly and pull it and that would probally be the smoothist ride possible

you can use pretty much any broad head you would have used for a compound bow, weight differing from 85,100,125,150, and 175 grain broadheads, just stay over the 350 grain minimum arrow weight, I use a 125 grain vortex pro extreme. i havent used these yet but they fly dead on with the field tips.

I use a NGSS which a forum member used to make and they work great, I dont care about sound but it does take down the vibration quite alot, i can see the bolt hit the target which i couldnt before
