Re: Got some PIGGYS
You wouldnt say that after a 300lb boar puts you up a tree! I always say: shoot them in the body and the head will run off...shoot the in the head and the body drops in their tracks!FredBear wrote:That is a big gun for a little pig! Is that a common choice

Leave a tshirt between the thermacel and your skin as they get pretty hot. you can buy the fuel real cheap by the case on ebay by using the curlin...

And then some of us are forced to shoot either left of right handed. I am left-handed at most things but shoot right handed. That is because my left eye is no good so I am forced to use the right eye...and shoot right handed. I have no problem with it. You may think your forced to but it could cost...

On her 16th birthday I asked her what she wanted, and to my surprise, she wanted a rifle. I bought her a new 243 and she has hunted by herself every since, very successfully I...

My 21 year old daughter hunted my food plot this weekend and saw a spike that came in from her "bad side" and she couldnt get off a shot. I cringed upon hearing that as I should have taught her better. How many times have you heard this or had it happen to you? Being a paraplegic and hunti...

I am a firm beliver in not over hunting a stand. Also the worst thing you can do is walk around a stand location as it leaves your scent warning the deer at night that you are using that area. Its good to move around to new areas to keep the deer from patterning you. Dont give up on your old stands,...

As I mentioned before, I had some (I cant find them now) pictures last year of a doe with so many ticks she could hardly see out of her right eye. Id bet this is the same doe that contacted these warts as a result. Still not sure I would eat this deer but at least I know its not terribly contageous ...

It seems that these are probably caused by tick bites: Mr. Leonard, This is the response I got from the biologist who is knowledgeable about the growths you are seeing on the deer on your property. Susan, these are cutaneous fibromas. They...
