Re: Anyone have any luck using smoke sticks?

I have a friend that killed a very nice 10 point on October 31st using the tinks brand sticks. I tried them, but with no luck. I believe the trick is to not use the rut ones.

Need sizes of Butler creek flip-up's for a Lumizone scope

Does anyone know what sizes I need to order? I can't stand the caps that come with it.

Thanks

Anyone have an Excal Pixel?

I have twin 7 year old daughters that want to shoot with dad. The Pixel is probably too large for them now, but in the future it will be fine.

Anybody have one? thoughts on it?

thanks

I just recently purchased an Ibex from Dan Miller and asked the same question. His response was to not put anything on the rail or the string.

Cat have you gotten that bow yet :?: I just got my Ibex yesterday. I am more impressed with it now than I was at the bow shop (for some reason it doesn't seem very big). The thumbhole stock on the Ibex fits me really well and the illuminated scope looks great. Hopefully I will get some shooting in ...

Thanks to all that responded for the much needed education in crossbows.

I called Dan Miller this morning and have an Ibex on the way set-up with a illuminated scope and all the goodies.

I want to apologize about bringing up the 10 point like that. I mean no disrespect. I have put over 50 hours of internet research into this purchase and it is driving me nuts. I have literally drove my wife crazy with the constant flip flopping on which one I should buy. No matter what I always seem...

I went down to Cabelas today to give a couple more xbows a look. I shot the Ten Point Defender and was really impressed. Now I'm really confused.

B-Logger, Your experinces are exactly what I have been going through for the last 60 days. In fact I went to a bow shop today, and all the salesman wanted to show me was the Parker. He knew nothing about Excalibur's. I may go to Woods and Water show too. I have decided to buy the Ibex with the Lite ...
