very pretty deer to look at. in ny state at the seneca army depot they had lots of albino deer.

bought a pair of rubber hunting boots and the rubber smell is really strong. had them outside for a week sprayed cover scent on them still smell. any tips on how to remove the smell.

we have had a bad bear problem in ontario for a while now. everybody hunting in bear country should keep a sharp eye out for them. im sure you guys down south have bear incounters also. be very careful. you hunt them and sometimes they hunt you.

in my part of ontario the bow hunting season is from oct till the end of december except for a couple of weeks of controled hunts. bow or crossbow gives you a longer season. having had shoulder surgery a compound or long bow was out of the question.i bought a phoenix crossbow and am thrilled with it...

good tip i will have to try it , if it does't work im half way to a sandwich.

the farmers almanac calls for a cold snowy winter here in ontario. We have green acorns on the ground, last night there were about 25 robins in a small area in my back yard, dont know what that means. Could be an interesting hunting season this year.May be a hard winter for the deer to get thru.

same thing in ontario the game wardens have more rights then the police. they can search anywhere anytime.

every year in october we go to south carolina for a few weeks. we take i-79 and 19 thru west virginia. we must count a hundred deer along side of the highway and lots of road kill. were always worried about collisions with deer. we have deer whistles on the suv and the trailer do you think this helps?

its a dandy, couple more weeks and we can get ours.It's hard to wait for oct 1
