Re: would you shoot one?????

There are plenty of fair size deer where I hunt, so these deer would live another day.

rhineheart 18-1 problem

Was shooting broadheads at my rhineheart, when I removed the arrow the insert and broadhead stayed in the target. Tried to find it with needlenose pliers but not find it. Afraid my other broadheads will get ruined if it hits the one burried any ideas on how to find and remove the buried one?

Re: Rage opening in quiver

I use boltcutter bh"s they have been known to loosen up a bit, before an arrow is loaded on the bow the bh is always checked for tightness.

Posted a picture of a piebald doe last month,if she shows up in October arrows will be flying. They say the pibald condition is caused by overpopulation.

Re: Be careful out there

I posted last year that my wifes uncle fell out of a homemade stand, he is still recovering. Another factor to consider is those of us on medication that could make us woozy, if I get up to fast sometimes I get light headed. Buckle up when going up and coming down tree stands as well when your in it...

Re: Scent Lock Clothing ??

Confidence is a big part of hunting, if scent loc makes you more at ease in the woods and you dont mind paying the big bucks go for it.I cant see it working the way its advertized.Play the wind use a cover scent and you should be ok.

If we hunted corn we would want it off also, its tough to hunt standing corn. But I hope our soya stays put for a while.

Re: Some people just don't get it

Judging by the last photo this guy is flirting withbig trouble. One day a new bear or one of the local bears will be in a bad mood and this guy will be hurting. Wild animal stay wild, not a good move on his part.
