Re: 2 Days of our Controlled hunt im WMU 80 and no pic's !
Your camera *may* be pooched (Soak it in a bucket of methyl Hydrate for an hour and then leave it over a heat register to dry out....you may be surprised) But: Your memory card should be just fine. If you have any rice around, throw your card in a baggie full and leave it for a day or two, it'll suc...

Re: R U a Good Hunter or need a Fast Bow
I must be a horrible hunter as I have two fast bows.....is that how it works in your world? Only bad hunters use fast bows? Wow..... In my case I use fast bows to throw rediculously heavy arrows slow....so am I a good hunter for using slow arrows or a bad hunter for using a 'nox to throw 'em? Please...

Re: Achery only tags in ontario
Good Advice? The first two replies the guy got stated that his tag was valid for both antlered and antler-less. Not "could be", not "maybe" but that it is. Do you agree with those first two replies? If you do, would you be willing to bet the guys hunting future in it? If not, do ...

Re: Achery only tags in ontario
It doesn't say Archery Only..but it is an "archery only tag" in my WMU, as there is only archery allowed here.....the archery only designation is WMU specific, let me explain: That tag is my wife's. We bought our tags over the phone as we do every year, at the same time applying for the an...

Re: Achery only tags in ontario
OK....WHO EXACTLY determined we were talking about *EXTRA* tags? Somebody early on started on the whole "additional tag" thing, and it seems everyone else has jumped on the bandwagon. The OP's post could be about regular tags....and the info he is being given by people on their assumption...

Re: Achery only tags in ontario
The OP says nothing about them being "extra" tags. Tags not marked with anything (just yellow paper) are antlered only. If you just bought your license and tag, and didn't apply for the draw this is what you have. If it is good for antlerless (ie: You applied for the draw and were successf...

Re: Equinox/Exomax shooters... What broadheads do you use?
Third season with 100 gr. Grim Reapers, but this year I went up to the 1 3/4" cut (needed to add an elastic for these).
Hmmmm.....I have a BUNCH of the smaller GR heads and extra parts if anyone is looking for some. I should put together a trading post ad.

Re: Equinox Bolts
I don't get it.....seriously. I'm shooting an Equinox, firebolts with BC luminocks and 100 gr. broadheads (Grim Reapers now, slick tricks before) and have ALWAYS had pass throughs.....even one exiting the offside shoulder, and that was a 40 yard shot. I don't know exactly what the issue is, but I wo...

"Crappy and dark"?? I can't control the way mother nature throws shadows and such. Bill Well Bill, you may not be able to control Mother Nature, but I'm pretty sure you CAN control the F-stop, exposure and focus on your camera :D I'm just saying.....you said "find waldo" and it'...
